Welcome New Patients!

At our clinic, we go beyond simply administering hormones. Our goal is to help you achieve your health goals and make you feel great. To do that, we need to understand your unique situation and how the treatment is working for you. We believe in continuity of care as a preventive measure and encourage regular follow-up visits.

Through your patient portal, you can access forms needed for your upcoming visit, send messages to our office, and even request medication refills. We want to make it convenient for you to stay connected and engaged in your healthcare journey.

Access your patient portal below and take advantage of the resources available to you. We look forward to providing you with exceptional care. Remember, your well-being is important to us, and we're here to support you every step of the way.

Patient Registration

What to Expect on Your First Visit

Your first visit is an important step towards improving your health. Plan to spend around 60 minutes, including check-out time, for your initial consultation. During this time, your provider will go over the intake forms you filled out before your visit to gain a better understanding of you and your medical history. They will review your lab results and discuss any medications or supplements you are currently taking. Based on this information, a personalized treatment plan will be developed, which may involve further lab testing and follow-up appointments to review your progress.

How to Prepare

To ensure a smooth visit, please complete all the required new patient forms in advance. You can find these forms in the patient portal. Additionally, remember to bring a list of your current medications and the bottles of any vitamins or nutritional supplements you are taking. This will allow your provider to evaluate the ingredients and make more informed recommendations.

Payment

It's important to note that our services are not covered by insurance plans. Most insurance companies consider us an "out-of-network provider." Renew Me Medical Group is not a participating provider in Medicare or Medicaid. Payment is due at the time of service, and we accept various forms of payment for your convenience.

Lab Testing

Prior to your first visit, we may request routine lab tests. The good news is that your insurance usually covers these tests. To make the process easier, we have partnered with LabCorp to offer competitive rates for your lab work. Once you complete your health information online in our portal, we can electronically transmit the lab orders to LabCorp.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you might need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We kindly ask for a 24-hour notice, as this allows us to accommodate other patients who are waiting for appointments. Please be aware that missed appointments without sufficient notice may result in a fee at the discretion of the practice.

We are committed to providing you with the best care possible, and we look forward to seeing you on your first visit. Please contact us with any questions.
